The order tracking barely updated for about a few days, so I had to keep checking on it myself. The bike did show up eventually, but not really knowing where it was made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

At first, I was happy with the bike. It rides smoothly and looks solid, which gave me a good feeling right away. But after a few weeks, I started noticing a couple of small rattles, and one bolt kept coming loose, which was kind of frustrating. The frame still feels strong, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad bike, but some of the smaller parts just don’t give me a lot of confidence that they’ll hold up for years. For the price, it’s okay, but I did expect it to feel a bit more durable

I had a little issue after buying from macfoxbike, and I was kind of stressed about it at first. Their support got back to me quickly and walked me through what I needed to do without making it feel complicated. It took a bit of back and forth, but in the end everything got handled. I’m happy with how they treated me after the sale.

I ordered from macfoxbike.com and overall the size is mostly okay for me. I’m 5’9 and it does feel comfortable when I’m riding it, but the bike was kind of bigger than what I thought it looked like in the pictures. Not a huge problem though, after using it a bit I got used to it and it’s still easy to ride. Giving 4 stars because I think the fit or size info could be more clear, it would have helped me know better before ordering

The bike showed up in good shape and got here quickly. I was, well, I’m still happy with it overall, but the shipping cost felt a little high to me. Just wish delivery had been a bit cheaper.

It’s not bad at all, but it doesn’t quite give off that premium feel. With cleaner colors and a better overall layout, I think it could look way more polished.

I’m still waiting for my refund, and it’s frustrating. I’ve followed up already, but whoever is handling this clearly hasn’t made it a priority. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing something that should’ve been resolved by now.

It runs okay overall, so I can’t really complain too much there. But i keep looking at the frame like, wait… how did it already get scratched? It seems to mark up way too easily, which is kind of disappointing.
